The Pio Party for the recent Men’s Walk #7 and Women’s Walk #8 will be held this Friday at First Baptist Church of Brunswick at 7PM. New Pios do not have to bring food so the community is asked to provide extra as we welcome our newest members of the Emmaus family. Come an hour early for Sponsor’s Hour to learn about sponsoring a pilgrim on upcoming walks. Let’s all come out and show our support for the new pilgrims. Childcare will be provided.

Ministering To The World Since 1950
Located on the banks of the historic Frederica River, Epworth By The Sea is a ministry owned and operated by the South Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church. The property was purchased on October 29, 1949 and the gates opened in 1950.
One of the finest Christian Retreat Centers in the Southeast, Epworth is a hospitality ministry open to all whose goals are consistent with its mission which is “to provide a Christian place for worship, study and fellowship.”
I am requesting prayer for Paul Douglas who is the grandfather of my granddaughter. He is in the Brunswick hospital going through a series of tests to determine what is causing the pain in his back.
