Prayer Request for Jeff Dixon
Please pray for my husband, Jeff Dixon (cgwte #57) who will be having a heart cath probably sometime today. He was admitted to the Brunswick hospital on Monday with chest pains, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and dehydration. (He is a contractor, and does a lot of outdoor work). Jeff has been having problems with his blood pressure and just not feeling real good the past month or so. He finally went to the doctor this past Thursday, and was started on blood pressure medicine (which has brought his B/P under control). He also had lab work and was supposed to have had a stress test yesterday, but since he was admitted to the hospital and have been running numerous tests to rule out heart attack (so far they have said that he hasn’t had one, but that the EKG’s have shown a little abnormality). Jeff is in real good spirits, so that helps a lot. I think that this has been a real eye-opener for him.
Jeff is in room 1543 at Southeast Georgia Health Systems in Brunswick. (He is listed as Adam J. Dixon). He can have visitors and phone calls.
Sorry that I have not gotten this out earlier, but it has been really been crazy since all this happened Monday. I am spending time at the hospital, and trying to work, too.
I will update you on the results of the heart cath and the tests as soon as I know something, which might be tomorrow.
